This website is operated by Caen Studio. Personal data is processed by Caen Studio as data controller within the scope described below. Contact: caenstudio@outlook.com
2. What data is collected?
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional), project type, budget range, timeline, message and any file you attach.
- Technical data: server-side access logs kept for operation and security (IP address, browser information, request time).
- Analytics data: anonymous usage statistics about which pages are viewed, only where you have given consent.
No payments are taken on this site, and no card or identity details are requested.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Evaluating your enquiry, replying and preparing a proposal (steps prior to a contract, legitimate interest).
- Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse (legitimate interest).
- Anonymous usage measurement to improve the site (consent).
4. Retention
Data submitted through the form is kept for as long as needed to evaluate your enquiry and run any resulting engagement. It is deleted earlier on request, subject to legal retention obligations.
5. Transfers and service providers
We use service providers for hosting, form delivery and (where enabled) analytics, which may be located outside your country. Data is shared only to the extent the service requires. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing.
6. Cookies
The site does not use non-essential cookies by default. Analytics is activated only with your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
7. Your rights
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, to request deletion where the conditions are met, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
